Skin Suite Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Skin Suite team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Skin Suite will be charging a fee of $100 for a missed appointment or late cancellation for all future bookings. A missed appointment or cancellation fee includes but is not limited to: when you call in sick for the appt, late in traffic, weather related or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Promotions and packages are considered final sale.
Please understand that this policy is non-negotiable.
